Delivery and returns
Each Anne Lykke item is handmade in the studio in Aarhus, Denmark, and therefore products will vary from item to item. The product you order may differ slightly from the images online, and this is a natural feature of both the production process and natural materials used.
Items come carefully packaged with care information, and gift wrapping is available when you order. If your order is a gift and you’d like it sent directly to the recipient, just let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll arrange for this.
Items are dispatched from Denmark and the UK, depending on your location, and delivery times will vary according to your location and the product but we will always try our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. In most cases, items will be dispatched, first class, within 48 hours.
However, since most of our products are ‘made to order’ in our shop, and this means that we literally will handmake your item on order, in busy times it might take up to 2 week for dispatch. We will keep you updated with the progress of your item in these cases, and we will post a note on our homepage at such times so that you’re aware when shopping. However, we always aim to minimise this.

- Other locations: please get in touch with your enquiry and we’ll let you know how much postage will be. We’ll always keep this as low as possible.
Please note that these charges only include delivery. Non-EU customers will be responsible for any additional import duties or local taxes.
We’re sure you’ll love your Anne Lykke item, however if you would like to return it to us we are able to offer a refund up to 14 days after the date of receipt, unless your item was a bespoke item. Please email email@example.com and let us know that you’d like to return your item and why, and we’ll sort this out for you. We can’t refund shipping cost, unfortunately. We advise that you send returns, well packaged, as a tracked parcel to be sure of safe arrival as the cost and safe arrival of the returned purchase is your responsibility.
Once we’ve received your item, we will process the refund as soon as possible and notify you.
